Been coming to the Wednesday drop in pilates sessions with Paula since earlier this year and really enjoying it. Good teacher with good instruction, she deals well with new comers and with different
abilities in one class. The pilates itself really helps strengthen my core, and the movements and stretches help with my back and hamstring problems. I would definitely recommend this class :-)

Being a complete beginner to Pilates this class has been great for developing core muscle groups. Maria's teaching is clear and easy to follow and she always has time to help any class members.

Maria has been running a lunchtime pilates session in our office for around a year. It is great for helping counter the bad posture most up us adopt at our PCs as well as improving flexibility and
core strength. Maria is a patient and encouraging trainer who gets the most out of everyone in the class.
