Pilates Mat Classes
SPRING TERM 2 2013 CLASSES commence Monday 15TH APRIL 2013
Pilates Matwork classes are a great way of exercising in a group environment in a non-competitive way. Classes last an hour and will progressively advance as the term does. Matwork is the term
given to non-equipment based Pilates. You can expect to move on to an Intermediate/Improvers class after completing a Beginners course once you have mastered the fundamentals and get hooked!!
The more classes you attend the more benefit to you and your body.

The pace is easy is and relaxed allowing you to acquaint yourself with the fundamentals of the exercise technique (as well as your own body). Go on – you just might surprise yourself ...!
Intermediate – Provides you with the opportunity to grow and develop the skills learned in a Beginners programme. The courses consistently change from term to term, providing variety and allowing for a particular emphasis to be explored.
Advanced - A challenging and exciting programme for the more experienced Pilates client. We assume you know what you’re doing... so enjoy!!!
What to wear: Clothing should be comfortable and easy to move in e.g. jogging pants and a long or short sleeved top. Shoes are not required - you can wear socks or go barefoot – you choose.
